You will be working across children's pacakges in the following locations: Hastings, Bexhill on Sea, Pevensey and Hailsham. Most of the packages are 2:1 (working alongside another support worker)We require a driver with a car for this role. Your Key Responsibilities:Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities. Supporting the clients with moving and handling Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport. Take the client on exciting community outings Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support.
