This well-established firm in Kent are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and profitable team. The successful candidate will have around 1 Years PQE + experience. Dealing with all Private Client matters.Areas of focus will include:Wills draftingProbate administrationCourt of Protection / LPATax planning and adviceTrust set up and administrationLimited contentious probate workDuties will include:Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, Trusts and some Contentious Probate Work.Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.Attending clients in their own environment as required.Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.Maintaining good billings records within the team.Required Experience:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE with proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and matters.Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to work with a full caseload in busy office under supervision. What they offer:Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.Competitive salary depending on experience.Good holiday entitlement
