About the role:

As a Product Executive you will work closely with the Senior Assessment & Standards Manager to oversee the End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes at CMI, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and readiness for Ofqual standards. You will ensure that content on our EPA assessment platform (CMI Assess) is maintained effectively in line with assessment plans and support continuous improvement to improve user experience. You will maintain key EPA webpages, develop assessment materials, and leverage data analytics to support decision-making. You will develop and maintain the functionality of assessment sheets and ensure accurate data to enable delivery of the EPA Trend and Analysis report.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to execute EPA processes in accordance with CMI guidelines and Ofqual standards
  • Ensure that all EPA processes and materials adhere to Ofqual regulatory requirements and standards
  • Oversee the development and delivery of assessment materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with CMI standards and compliance
  • Maintain and update product-owned EPA webpages, such as the 'Toolkit' and 'EPA support' page, to provide relevant and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the maintenance and development of the EPA Assessment Platform (CMI Assess)
  • Ensure that web content is user-friendly, accessible, and reflects current EPA processes and guidelines
  • Ensure that the master document control list is managed effectively
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and standardisation of processes
