What the service is offering and details of this Team Leader/Deputy Manager position: A permanent contract working full time, 40 hours per week Excellent annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience (this is negotiable for the right person) Store discounts On-site parking Company eventsAs a Team Leader/Deputy Manager your responsibilities will be: Answering the phones and making phone calls Collaborate with other departments and teams within the business Assisting with other administration tasks when required Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way To oversee the co-ordination of care workers across all areas Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met To ensure that each individual maintains the lifestyle of their choice by ensuring each person has a person-centred plan which is continually reviewed.
