Catering Assistant

As a General Catering Assistant you willAssist in the preparation and serving of breakfast lunch snacks according to established menus and recipes.Assist the kitchen with food preparation where required.Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures safety protocols and customer service standards.Qualifications : Ideally have experience working within Education cateringHave good Health & Safety knowledge.Flexible with a can-do attitude customer focused.Fun and enthusiasticHave excellent organization skills.Demonstrate great attention to detail.Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.Possess great customer service skills.Have a flexible approach to work.Additional Information : Holroyd Howe is one of the UKs leading contract caterers providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
