If you are passionate about markets thrive under pressure and are excited by the potential of electronic trading this role offers the platform to make a real difference.As an Associate in CEEMEA FX Forwards Trading team you will play a key role in market-making and risk management for CEEMEA currency forwards. You will work closely with clients and internal teams using your expertise to provide market insights and manage trading activity. You will be empowered to act both independently and as part of a wider team contributing to the success of the desk and supporting the development of junior colleagues. You will also be responsible for optimizing electronic trading flows and achieving revenue and ranking targets.Job ResponsibilitiesMake markets in CEEMEA FX forwards providing liquidity and pricing to clientsManage trading risk associated with client flows orders and market eventsMaintain strict compliance with regulatory and legal requirementsWork closely with sales to facilitate client trading strategiesCommunicate effectively to build and maintain strong client relationshipsThrive in a fast-paced environment remaining focused on client needsFoster a collaborative culture with stakeholders and team members; assist with mentoring and development of junior staffCollaborate with FX Technology and Quantitative Research teams to enhance e-trading systems and workflowsManage and optimise automated trading flows ensuring efficient execution and risk managementMonitor and improve e-commerce platform ranking and performance aiming to meet or exceed revenue targetsAnalyze electronic trading data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencyRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsDemonstrable experience in trading FX forwards preferably in CEEMEA marketsAbility to assess and understand risk around trading positions and market eventsMaturity and ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAttention to detailAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFamiliarity with electronic trading platforms and automated trading flowsPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsExperience trading at a large bankExperience interacting with major institutional FX clientsExperience with electronic market making and e-commerce platformsExperience managing revenue targets and platform rankingsThis role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
