Job Title: Senior Specialist Nurse Adviser – Occupational HealthTripod Partners is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist Nurse Adviser to join the Occupational Health team in London. This role offers the opportunity to deliver a proactive, evidence-based Occupational Health service within a dynamic NHS Trust.Key Responsibilities * Undertake clinical activities including case management, health surveillance, and attendance management assessments. * Provide leadership and mentorship to Band 5 and Band 6 staff while overseeing the day-to-day running of the Occupational Health department. * Deliver immunisation programmes, health promotion initiatives, and guidance on complex health issues. * Manage return-to-work assessments, risk evaluations, and needle-stick injury follow-ups. * Participate in the development and implementation of policies, SOPs, and quality audits. * Lead on Wellbeing and health education initiatives as directed by the Principal Specialist Nurse Advisor.Position Details * Location: London * Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week * Pay Rate: £31.00 per hour * Contract Duration: 3 months with potential extensionsRequirements * Registered Nurse with relevant Occupational Health qualification (Certificate/Diploma/BSc). * Minimum 2 years of Occupational Health practice post-accreditation. * Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for reporting and data management. * Knowledge of health and safety legislation and current NHS Occupational Health practices.How to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this rewarding role, click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV
