You will work with our payroll vendors internal partners and end-users supporting daily activities identifying opportunities for improvement supporting our project roadmap and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.The impact you will have:Daily employee support using our case management toolAll aspects of payroll processing for our EMEA regions in particular UK Italy France and DACHFollow payroll controls and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes to achieve scalabilityDevelopment of process documentationCompletion and adherence to payroll processing checklistsWhat we look for:Senior level experience managing payroll in multiple countries across EMEAExperience with Equity transactions sourced income and expat shadow payrollsAdvanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions)Workday HCM or similar experienceExperience working with payroll vendorsUnderstanding of case management tools Service Level Agreements and metricsData-driven decision-makingEnglish and one other European language would be a big plusRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Data Entry,Paychex,QuickBooks,Accounting,10 Key Calculator,Paylocity,Microsoft Excel,Payroll,ADP,Administrative Experience,Human Resources,Bookkeeping Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
