Your role is vital in providing the safe, supportive, and stable environment they need to begin healing, develop life skills, and grow in confidence.This is more than just a job - you will be a trusted adult, role model, and consistent presence in their lives. From helping with daily routines and education to encouraging hobbies and healthy relationships, you'll support each young person in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities:Build trusting relationships with children and young people based on respect and consistencySupport with emotional wellbeing, behavioural challenges, and therapeutic care plansPromote education, independence, and positive social developmentOversee daily routines including meals, activities, and appointmentsMentor and guide junior team membersEnsure the home meets all safeguarding and regulatory standardsRequirements:QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalentExperience in residential childcareCalm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging behaviourStrong team player with excellent communication skillsCommitted to providing high-quality care and helping young people thriveWhat We Offer:A supportive, values-driven team environmentOngoing training and clear opportunities for career developmentA deeply rewarding role where you make a real and lasting differenceInterested?
