We're expanding and seeking experienced and proficient window fitters and joiners living in the Luton area to join our team. As an ideal UPVC Window Fitter, you'll be responsible for removing old windows and doors using hand and power tools, taking measurements for new fittings, making bespoke changes, fixing windows and doors, and clearing away debris after the job is done. You'll also be required to repair and replace products as per the customer's request and train and support assistant window fitters. You're likely to be an experienced fitter with a proven track record of fitting windows, doors, and conservatories, and ideally, garage doors. A NVQ level 2 qualification in Fenestration and MTC Training is desirable, along with the ability to work independently and adhere to health and safety regulations. A valid driving license is essential. Our client offers a fantastic package of benefits, including good rates of pay plus overtime and bonus, 28 holidays per year, a pension scheme, and company workwear. You'll be provided with a company van, diesel, and power tools. The salary for this position is competitive, up to £39,000 (£750 per week), with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing training and development.
