Working within our 111 teams, you'll use your autonomous clinical skills to assess, treat and refer patients who contact us by phone or digital platforms, ensuring they receive the right care, first time.As a NHS 111 Clinical Practitioner you'll bring: • Autonomous clinical assessment skills and experience managing complex, common urgent care presentations • Evidence of robust clinical decision-making and risk management • Excellent communication skills, able to negotiate, explain and support patients and carers • Confidence using telephony-based clinical triage and digital systems • Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to lifelong learning (For full essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the job description and person specification.)Benefits:Great care starts with a supported team.
