We are proud to be partnered with a long standing Newark based client who are seeking a Service Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated, highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to thrive in a busy role.

THE ROLE

As Service Administrator you will be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for liaising with engineers, booking appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. Other duties include:

  • Responding to incoming customer service requests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Processing and logging customer requests onto the Company's database
  • Resolving any queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organising engineers schedules in line with working time regulations and allocating engineers to jobs
  • Preparing customer quotes
THE CANDIDATE

The successful Service Administrator will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and have excellent communication skills as well as the following attributes:

  • Customer service skills and work effectively under pressure to resolve issues
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
  • Building lasting relationships with our customers
  • An organised, positive, resilient and adaptable individual
  • Experience in a busy administration role desirable but not essential
