Screening & Compliance Administrator

ResponsibilitiesComplete 5/10 year employment screenings for new starters and TUPE transfers ensuring authorisation before employment/training begins.Ensure all new employees are screened within 12 weeks of starting.Maintain accurate and complete personnel records (paper and digital).Ensure compliance with company policies legal and regulatory requirements.Conduct financial and where applicable Basic Checks through Scottish Disclosure.Input screening details into relevant systems and maintain your qualifications as a Screener.Deliver outstanding customer service resolving complaints efficiently.Liaise with the Screening Controller on cases where screening may not be completed within the 12-week timeframe.Promote best practices process accuracy and continuous improvement.Ensure all completed screening files are scanned and saved appropriately.Please note - The responsibilities listed here arent the full picturebut they give you a good sense of the role.
