We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team. The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites managing a variety of projects and initiatives. A successful HR Business Partner is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive can-do approach. Experience of working in Logistics/FMCG would certainly be an advantage for this role. Key responsibilities of a HR Business Partner:Day to day generalist role business partnering General Managers and other senior stakeholders in the businessCase management advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters.Coaching and developing stakeholders in HR processes. Delivery of the Group wide HR strategy. Manage employee relations issues associated with any change in particular proactive management of the relationship with employee representatives and trades unionsSupporting the business with the development and delivery of People Plans across multiple sites. Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the businessEnsure performance management processes are in place and operating effectivelyManagement of Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as requiredTUPE management Qualifications : To apply for the role of HR Business Partner you will possess the following skills experiences and qualifications:CIPD Qualified ideally level 5.HR legislative understanding/knowledgeProven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance disciplinary performance management absence etc)Experienced in organizational changeHigh attention to detail and accuracyHighly organisedAdaptable/flexiblePositive and credibleAble to build trust respect and opennessInquisitive/challengingBusiness focusedExcellent communication skillsProactive mindsetObjectivity partnering local business but retaining perspectiveHigh level IT skills using MS Office Word Excel Power Point and outlookAdditional Information : As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
