IT Technician Leicester £28,000    My client is a telecommunications business who is now looking to recruit an experienced IT professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.The role   As an IT Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the wider business with all day-to-day queries. This could be IT administration, setting up new users, hardware issues including first line support issues.  Working with a ticket system you will support a team of 140.   Key ResponsibilitiesActing as first point of contact for any IT issues Quick response to technical queries Respond to tickets and emails in a prompt manner Provide remote support and guidance to users Document support activities effectively Aid the implementation of IT projects and upgradesInstall, complete and maintain computer systemsThe Candidate Experience in a similar IT roleStrong understanding and knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications Understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting techniquesAble to work independentlyExceptional communication and customer service Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
