Talent Acquisition Consultant (Enterprise Applications Oracle/ERP Recruitment)This can be a remote/hybrid roleAbout the RoleHere at Version 1 were seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a strong background in Oracle or ERP recruitment to join our high-performing internal TA team. Youll play a pivotal role in identifying engaging and hiring top-tier talent across our Oracle and ERP practices supporting business growth across the globe.This is a strategic hands-on role where youll partner closely with hiring managers influence recruitment strategy and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oracle/ERP roles from intake to offer and onboarding.Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs across Oracle Cloud EBS Fusion and other ERP platforms.Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter niche job boards and talent communities.Engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint.Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.Maintain accurate reporting and regularly update ATS and recruitment dashboards.Collaborate with the wider TA team to share best practices and continuously improve processes.Qualifications : What Were Looking ForYou will have:Proven experience recruiting within Oracle ERP or enterprise technology domains (in-house or agency).Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud EBS Fusion or similar ERP ecosystems.Confident managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in sourcing headhunting and engaging passive talent.Excellent communication stakeholder management and influencing skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse or similar).A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering results and raising the bar.Why Join UsWork with a forward-thinking people-first organisation that values innovation and integrity.Be part of a collaborative TA team thats shaping the future of tech hiring.Competitive salary bonus and benefits package.Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.Additional Information : Why Version 1 Strong career progression & mentorship through our Strength in Balance and leadership programmes including quarterly Pathways Career Development reviews.
