A growing domiciliary care business is looking for a Care Manager/Registered Manager to provide high quality homecare services that support the rights of clients to live the lives they choose as far as they are able. You will efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the business, allocating resources and monitoring performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers, within budget.  This is a full-time role offering a salary of between £35,000- £40,000 per annum (Dependant on experience) plus a range of benefits. The role is expected to cover the West Sussex area.  As Care Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the safety and quality of the business Taking responsibility for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures Undertaking training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practice and changes in company policy. Understanding and monitoring health and safety in the workplace and in the field. Maintaining full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.
