A well-established, regional private practice legal firm with offices across Somerset is looking to add an established Residential Conveyancer to a highly regarded residential team in Dulverton.

Offering a lovely office location in Dulverton on the edge of Exmoor National Park with high quality/high value work and genuine sensible working hours - this is a great opportunity to suit a Residential Conveyancer keen to operate at the premium end of the market.

The Opportunity:

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer you will be given the scope and opportunity to manage your own caseload in the provision of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing to your own clients.

Supported with a dedicated, highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant, and shared, expert Legal Support (Client Onboarding), Post Exchange and Post Completion teams.

You will have acquired previous experience of processing and agreeing mortgage and lease contracts, arranging transfers and handling other documents that sellers must sign when purchasing property. You'll also advise clients on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications.

The case load on offer will be varied but there will be a sway towards high-value and at times, more complex transactions.
