As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industryBuilding and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholdersUnderstanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutionsDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targetsProviding ongoing support and customer service to clientsRequirements of a Business Development Manager:Have developed and maintained key relationships with Site Managers and Quantity SurveyorsExperience selling CCTV or security solutions into the construction industryProven experience in business development or salesA deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindsetA results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsIf you're passionate about sales, construction, and making a difference in the security industry, we want to hear from you
