Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Administrator to join our growing team in Skipton, North Yorkshire.


This role is a 14-month fixed-term, part time, contract in order to cover maternity leave. We require a weekly total of 25 hours, preferably Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm (including 1 hour unpaid lunch break) but we can offer some flexibility on this.


This role will be an ideal opportunity to develop your experience in a fast-paced HR team with direct operational responsibility. This role is critical in enhancing our employee experience journey throughout the employee life cycle, and will be a valued member of an established HR team.


As an Interim HR Administrator, some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Pro-actively and efficiently managing the administrative responsibilities across the HR team, including contract creation, leaver process, production of references, right to work checks, system inputting, employee file management, regular reporting and general HR queries
  • Contributing to key HR processes such as exit interview procedure and gaining exposure to other centres of excellence within HR
  • Managing and actioning emails received in the HR mailbox
  • Maintaining HR systems with accurate and up to date information/changes in a timely manner
  • Creating employee contracts, references and other employee related paperwork from templates.
  • Being a point of contact for absence queries and reporting as required.
  • Assisting in the information collation for HR reporting
  • Providing first line support to employees and managers both face to face and on the telephone
  • Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc HR related projects
  • Welcoming and delivering onboarding presentations to new starters joining the Company

Additional Information:


This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation of up to three days per week office attendance.
