Class 2 DriverBristolTemp to Perm Contract (permanent contract after 12 weeks)Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00am Start)Pay Rate: £17.04 per hourThe Role: * Performing multi-drop deliveries in a safe and timely manner * Supervising the HGVs loading and unloading * Typically, 12-15 drops per day, handball & heavy lifting involved * Ensuring the load is accurate and in keeping with customers’ orders * Quality checking goods-off with customers and obtain their signature * Maintaining compliance with tachograph law and safety regulations * Ensuring cleanliness of the HGV and prevention to damage * Reporting any accidents immediately in line with the accident reporting procedure * Completing daily inspection sheet and hand to Operations Manager * Proactivity regarding the vehicle inspection rota for servicing and MOT * Providing support in the warehouse as required * Any other duties as reasonably required.Requirements: * Class 2 HGV Licence (no more than 3 points) * Valid Driver CPC * Comfortable with manual handling, handball, and heavy lifting * Highway code and road safety best practices * UK geographical knowledge * Excellent driving skills and road etiquette (parking, safety, speed awareness, etc.) * Ability to work to diversionsIf you are interested then please apply with your up-to-date CV and call Hamza on (phone number removed)
