This is for a dynamic electronics engineer who can operate across hardware, firmware, and cross-functional design areas while working in a heavily regulated environment. That means, you’ll be involved directly into the design cycle that takes their new technology from concept to the market. This is a permanent, full time on site role based in Newcastle. Electronic System Engineer Key Responsibilities * Lead design cycles, updates, and enhancements across an electronics-heavy medical device. * Documentation, traceability, and the technical file. * Deliver design changes driven by new standards, global regulatory requirements, or product performance needs * Work hands-on with hardware, firmware, mechanical, optical, and microfluidics specialists * Support verification & validation from a design perspective. * Interface with global partners, including China-based manufacturing groups. * Contribute to next-generation platforms with increased throughput and advanced architecture.
