Management of the DSA teams in production of deliverables Development of the safety case(s), including attendance at HAZOPs, support to safety assessment, review of ES, production of substantiation documentation Identification of additional resource demand where required to ensure all deliverables can be originated and checked in accordance with the project schedule dates Interfacing with other Project Discipline leads within the project(s) Interfacing and engagement with Site clients and stakeholders. Support production of Stage 4 Deliver estimate and schedule. Have input to the commercial engagement of suppliers in the Define phase Work collaboratively with full integrated project team Requirements Background engineering experience demonstrating a record of successful delivery including recent positions influencing professional engineers and guiding technical personnel. Significant experience working in an engineering design environment in roles where knowledge of engineering was a key attribute. Proven project delivery across full project life cycle. Recent experience working within a regulated and quality assured system (preferably nuclear) in roles where professional engineering judgement is the key attribute. Knowledge and understanding of governing laws, regulations and standards for nuclear industry (equivalence from other industries will be considered): Health & Safety at Work Act and various Regulations including The Construction (design and management) Regulations 2015, Safety of Machinery, CDM, LOLER, Pressure Systems, DSEAR, Ionising Radiation.
