New Vacancies Double Day shift Staffline are looking to speak with experienced Pallet Repair Operatives, Candidates who have experience in pallet repair/assembly and MaintenanceThese are Permanent job opportunities In your new role as a Maintenance Operative:You will be working on a very fast paced production line/BenchYou will be using a variety of hand tools, repairing pallets, minor fixes to full repairUsing a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets.Pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replacedIn an assembly department you will stock boards and nails together, based on type of pallet desired.Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.This work requires you to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift pallets, physical workNail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures.Repair Operators will have the ability to understand and communicate information and instructionYou will have a thorough induction at the start of your employmentTo be considered for the role as a Maintenance Operative:Previous experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery and hand toolsIn return:DAYS Base salary plus 20% Shift Allowance. This accounts to an annual salary of = £29,50025 days holiday plus bank holidays7% employer pension contributionOvertimeBonus and other benefitsWorking hours are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, rotating, Monday to Friday, with lots of Overtime opportunities at the weekend, paid at an enhanced rate, 1.5 and x2, depending on day workedFor more information please apply
