About Our Client: Victor Chase is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable law firm in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

  1. Client Engagement: Initiate and engage in client consultations to identify their unique commercial property needs and objectives.

  2. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches, surveys, and environmental assessments.

  3. Contract Expertise: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial property agreements, such as leases, purchase agreements, and financing documents.

  4. Legal Savvy: Stay current with property laws, regulations, and precedents to provide well-informed legal advice to clients.

  5. Land Registry Management: Handle land registration and title transfer processes, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.

  6. Transaction Oversight: Manage property transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring smooth and timely completions.

  7. Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them updated on case progress and addressing their concerns.

  8. Risk Management: Identify and manage legal risks related to commercial property transactions, advising clients on mitigation strategies.

  9. Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes related to commercial property, including landlord-tenant issues and boundary disputes.

  10. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to ensure streamlined case management and top-tier client service.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in commercial property law.
  2. Valid licensure to practice in England and Wales.
  3. Profound knowledge of commercial property law, encompassing leasehold and freehold transactions.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload independently while adhering to deadlines.
  6. Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  7. An acute attention to detail and unwavering commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
  8. Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools.
