You will need to be confident building lasting relationships with clients/candidates and be able to advise and negotiate, along with managing the full recruitment process. The Role:

  • Effectively run and maintain a 360 desk in your vertical
  • Consistently and actively network
  • Cross-sell Albion Rye services
  • Remain up-to-date with market news and events
  • Maintain a high level of business development
  • Provide support across the sales floor

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven and consistent 360 biller
  • Experience in a high-calibre industry, working with senior roles
  • Willingness to support all members of the sales floor in order to aid success
  • Motivated to progress
  • Has the drive to learn and adopt leadership mentality
