Were looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead design teams, manage multidisciplinary coordination, and maintain close client relationships. What You Need To Succeed Proven background in structural design of projects within the power, energy and/or renewables sectors. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across civil and structural interfaces. Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes, structural analysis, and design software (e.g. Tekla, MIDAS, STAAD, etc.). Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience preparing and presenting technical reports. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and technicians. Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery within consultancy environments. Chartered (MIStructE/MICE) or near-chartered status with strong design and project leadership experience. MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).TPBN1_UKTJ
