Consultant | Equifind | Finance & AccountingEquifind are partnering with a fast growing, FX Broker based in Canary Wharf, who are looking to hire a Permanent Business Development Executive.
Our client is looking for an aspiring Business Development Executive who has experience in FX or is definitely eager to learn about FX in a fast-paced, fresh, young environment. The role will consist of an on-site working pattern being based 5-days in the office.
Situated in the biggest financial district of London, this FX focussed firm provides both opportunities and growth to further your career. After a run of record-breaking years, the organisation is now looking to grow by number of employees in 2025, making it a very exciting time to join the business.
The Role
Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join the team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on securing new business and building strong client relationships. A background of FX is highly advantageous but our client is open to experience gained in other industries like: Recruitment and Insurance where outbound sales and closing new business comes naturally.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Drive new business acquisition on a monthly basis through innovative and effective strategies.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build your pipeline.
- Think outside the box to source leads and create unique approaches to engage prospects.
- Follow-up with leads and manage them through the sales funnel to successful closure.
Client Onboarding & Management:
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, guiding clients through their first trade and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering value and exceptional service.

- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, ideally within the financial services or FX sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
