Job Opportunity: Senior System Analyst – ERP

Location: Milton Keynes Area, UK (Hybrid – Negotiable)


We’re on the lookout for a skilled Senior System Analyst to support and optimize the NetSuite ERP ecosystem across our business. What You’ll Do:

  • ERP System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations and configuration of NetSuite and other ERP systems for peak performance.
  • Business Process Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to analyse current workflows, document processes, and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize NetSuite workflows and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integrations with business systems.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that drive decision-making across the organization.
  • User Support & Training: Provide training and support to ensure team members are proficient and confident in using the ERP system.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to projects involving new implementations, module upgrades, and process automation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on NetSuite’s latest features and best practices to optimize system functionality and usage.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (administration, configuration, and support).
  • Expertise in NetSuite modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Procurement) and tools like SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Saved Searches, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with data integration and ERP interfacing (e.g., Shopify, Arena, Tipalti, EDI systems).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for solving complex business and system issues.


Preferred Skills:

  • Background in finance, accounting, or supply chain, with a strong understanding of ERP functionalities.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce systems (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (Arena) and 3PL integrations via EDI or API.
