Youll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of assets ensuring our equipment runs safely efficiently and to the highest standards.This is a role with real impact where youll be at the heart of keeping our drinks flowing smoothly from production to shelf.The daily tasks of a Multi Skilled Engineer at Refresco:Carry out mechanical electrical and basic control & instrumentation fault-finding repairs and servicingSupport operational KPIs across Safety Quality People Delivery and CostDeliver PPM activities and corrective actions across the siteMaintain statutory and company standards including Health & Safety GMP and HACCP complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance and reduce wasteContribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to share knowledge and best practiceAbout youA qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineer (NVQ level or equivalent) ideally with 2 years FMCG experienceSkilled in both reactive and planned maintenance with fault-finding ability across multiple equipment groupsKnowledge of safe operating procedures GMP HACCP and health & safety standardsA team player with excellent problem-solving ability a proactive approach and a positive outlookIT literate and comfortable using CMMS/SAP systemsPassionate about delivering engineering excellence and keen to develop further within RefrescoAbout Refresco:Refresco is the global independent beverage solutions provider for Global National and Emerging brands and retailers with production in Europe North America and Australia.
