Automation Installation Engineer

The company is a global engineering service provider specialising in designing, manufacturing, developing, and delivering automated and intelligent software solutions.As the Automation Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting automated systems, including conveyors, robotic cells, and crane systems. The role involves mechanical and electrical fault-finding, system integration, and ensuring installations meet safety and performance standards. What we would like from the Automation Installation Engineer:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringProven experience in automation installation (conveyors, robotics, cranes)Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagramsExperience with PLCs (e.g. Siemens and Allen Bradley)Familiarity with industrial safety standards and permit to work systemsExperience with robotic programming and integration (desirable)Knowledge of crane systems and lifting equipment regulationsCertification in electrical safety (e.g. 18th Edition)Full UK driving licenceWillingness to travel and work flexible hoursValid CSCS card or equivalentWhat we offer the Automation Installation Engineer:Salary between £50,000 to £60,000 doe25 day...
