Responsibilities: - Analyse current IT infrastructure, applications, and data of acquired businesses, developing strategic plans for enhancing security measures and migration. - Plan and execute data and email migrations for acquired businesses, implementing Microsoft 365 services and applications. - Implement and enforce security policies for Microsoft 365 environment. - Maintain secure backup solutions for all company data. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document and maintain IT infrastructure architecture and procedures. - Configure and manage Microsoft 365 environment. - Provide training and support for Microsoft 365 users and administrators. - Monitor and evaluate performance, availability, and security of migrated infrastructure and applications. - Support selection and implementation of an ERP system across sites.
