Would you like to be based at the offices of one of the largest international banks in the worldWe are looking for a Welcome Host Team Leader to supervise our amazing welcome team ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence. The role of the Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Clients business which includes visitors clients and internal stakeholders.Shifts: 40 hours per week shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-FriSalary: 32640 per annumQualifications : The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive flexible and have a can-do attitude with the ability to set the example supervise and develop a large diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential.
