Learning Services Consultant Home-based (with travel to Aylesbury and across the UK)From £40,000+ (DOE) plus up to 20% annual bonusWe offer flexible working - full-time or part-time applicants are welcome We have a great opportunity to join our growing Learning Services Team at Esri UK as a Learning Services Consultant / GIS Trainer, supporting the learning and development of our customers across the suite of ArcGIS products.In this role, you’ll help customers across the UK and Ireland get the very best from ArcGIS, the world’s leading mapping and spatial analytics platform, through a mix of classroom, virtual and bespoke learning solutions.If you have good working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and would love the opportunity to share your expertise in this great training role, please apply today via our website: www.esriuk.com/en-gb/careers/vacancies.What you’ll be doingHelp support customer success by developing our customers’ capabilities across the ArcGIS platform.Deliver high quality training across a variety of formats, including virtual sessions, classroom courses, e-learning modules and 1-2-1 coaching.Prepare and customise course materials, ensuring all content remains current and aligned with Esri’s ArcGIS platform and related technologies.Undertake Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to recommend suitable learning pathways and create tailored development plans for individuals and teams.Deliver both Esri’s standard curriculum and bespoke, customer specific content when required.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on effective blended learning strategies.Support continuous improvement by authoring blogs, white papers and online resources that share best practice.Contribute to mentoring and succession planning within the Learning Services team to sustain expertise and support professional growth.About youYou’ll thrive in this role if you:Have an in-depth knowledge of ArcGIS Pro (essential) and ideally ArcGIS OnlineHave some training experience, either formal or informal training carried out as part of your roleHave strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.Experience of working in a customer focused environment would be beneficialHave (or be willing to work to achieve) CompTIA CTT+, TAP Accreditation and IITT Affiliation or membership.Like to work independently, dealing with and resolving complex situations in a flexible manner.Are a great communicator and presenter.Can prioritise and work to fixed deadlines.Are entitled to work in the UK and happy to undergo security clearances (essential).Why join us?At Esri UK, we pride ourselves on being a people first, purpose driven company.
