Their products are innovative, sustainable, and in high demand, making this an exciting time to join.The company have won several awards for their excellent working culture.Why Youll Love This Role: Join a supportive SHEQ team with a brilliant culture Get exposure to regulators, senior leaders, procurement, operations and major projects Make a real impact in a business driving sustainability and innovation Opportunities to step up, broaden experience and progress your careerWhat Youll Do as EHS Advisor: Advise site teams on environmental compliance, waste management and health & safety matters Lead environmental programmes including waste minimisation and pollution prevention Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulatory reporting Carry out environmental audits, inspections and risk assessments Maintain the site environmental aspects & impacts register Embed environmental considerations into daily operational activities Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Build strong relationships with waste contractors to ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions Liaise with EA and HSE where required Work with Procurement and suppliers on waste contracts Produce clear environmental and HSE performance reportsWhat Youll Bring: Background in waste management, environmental compliance or EHS Understanding of Environmental Permits and ISO 14001 WAMITAB / CIWM or similar certification highly desirable Experience with ISO 45001 is desirable but not essential, full training and support providedWhy Join This Company?
