Our client is looking for a Caretaker for a job role based in Ashford, Surrey.


Job Description: Caretaker

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 15:30

Salary: £29,260

Location: Ashford, Surrey


Duties:

Check site regularly for any potential Health and Safety issues.

Repair and maintenance tasks - maintenance of installations and plant for electric and gas supply, heating, domestic hot water etc.

Maintenance of the grounds to a high standard; ensure grounds are litter free.

Overseeing out of hours activities.

Open or lock up the premises.

Regular painting of internal rooms and communal areas.


Requirements:

- Checkable 5 year history

- Full UK driving license

-Painting experience

- DBS
