Are you looking to lead and shape a Water team, as part of a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy?My client has a strong pipeline of work and is on multiple frameworks with water authorities such as Thames Water, Severn Trent, Yorkshire Water and more You will be focussed on water and waste water design projects in a wide variety of sectors.

With our continuous growth in this area, they are looking to expand by appointing an Associate / Associate Director to join their flourishing Water Engineering team in Leicester. The team currently has around 25-30 member of staff, all based in Leicester.

You will be responsible for the delivery of Framework outputs, specific projects and co-ordination of those project resources, the production of fee proposals relating to the project and subsequent commercial delivery. You will assist with achieving the discipline business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships, supporting Directors, and managing their teams.The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree with significant and appropriate skills and design experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • The ability to generate a team environment, ensuring that the support and backing is present to enable team members to collaborate and operate with confidence in the delivery of projects
