Hospital Construction Cost Planning – Senior Cost Manager

We are recruiting a Hospital Construction Cost Planners and Senior Cost Managers to support the cost planning and estimating of design changes within our clients hospital construction programme.You will;Assist in developing cost planning approaches aligned with programme goals. Apply Design to Budget principles and support value-based design decisions. Prepare and maintain cost models and estimates during design development. Collaborate with technical clinical and design teams to ensure cost plans reflect programme requirements. Communicate cost implications of design decisions to project teams. Use digital tools (e.g. BIM CostX cost databases) to support estimating accuracy. Qualifications : You will have;Experience in capital cost estimating and modelling in healthcare or major projects Proficient in digital estimating tools (e.g. BIM CostX). Strong in use of CostX. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator with ability to present cost data clearly. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to interpret data to support cost decisions.
