Location: London, Kings Cross

A leading PR and Communications consultancy is looking for a confident, experienced PA to support a team of up to 6 Consultants. Based in the super trendy, redeveloped Kings Cross area with an abundance of eateries and shops on your doorstep, you’ll be based in an equally snazzy, modern building with plenty of staff perks. A corporate work environment, you will be professional, have demonstrable PA/Team Assistant experience and used to working in fast paced environments. The company are very supportive of professional development, there is scope to make the role your own and get involved across other areas of the business.

You will be supported by a team of 4 other PAs, covering for each other when needed.

You will be:

  • Experienced PA/Team Assistant
  • Corporate background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Takes initiative
  • Team player, but can work well independently

Duties:

  • Assisting with diary coordination for team
  • Processing expenses and timesheets for team
  • Monitoring publication websites and newspapers for coverage, producing PDFs of coverage, collating coverage into a press book if requested
  • Formatting and releasing RNS documents to the London Stock Exchange (training provided)
  • Printing and binding documents for meetings
  • Assist with the production and proofing of reports, presentations and documents
  • Restaurant / Venue bookings and coordination or on-site meetings (booking catering, AV, collecting the guests)
  • Organising travel and hotel bookings via our travel agent
  • Scheduling meetings on Zoom/Teams
  • Helping team with IT issues, liaising with our IT department
  • Courier bookings
  • Internal event management
  • Cover for the CEO when EA is on holiday
  • General administrative support to the office
  • Support to PA team and Office Administrator for lunch breaks and holiday cover
