Position Overview As a Travel Specialist youll serve as the go-to expert for clients looking to book leisure or group travel experiences. Youll use your destination knowledge creativity and organizational skills to design seamless itineraries that inspire exploration. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a flexible remote environment. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel goals budgets and preferences. Design and present personalized travel packages itineraries and quotes. Book flights accommodations cruises tours and transfers through preferred suppliers. Maintain accurate and timely client records in the booking system or CRM. Handle changes cancellations or travel disruptions with professionalism and care. Stay updated on travel trends destinations and supplier promotions. Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after travel. Qualifications Previous experience in travel sales hospitality or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Familiarity with travel booking systems or supplier portals (a plus).
