The role:


  • With our strong network of active and passive candidates, you will utilise our network to uncover new businesses that hire in this tech space
  • Our ambition is to expand into new regions within Europe. Once established, you will be promoted to Principal consultant to build a team around you and eventually Team Lead.


Your Experience:


  • You’ve billed over £150k annually, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
  • Skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with precision and professionalism.
  • At least 2 years in recruitment, showcasing your ability to thrive in competitive markets.
  • You prioritize high-quality candidates.
  • A confident and persuasive communicator with a knack for closing deals.
  • You’re resourceful and take initiative in your recruitment strategies.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and refine your approach.
  • You understand the importance of mastering the technical aspects of your market to build credibility and trust.
