Shift Pattern: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday – Friday) / Weekly Rotation (37.5 hours per week) A well-known and highly successful manufacturing business based in the centre of Birmingham are searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their experienced team. Working within a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing environment, this role involves the provision of reactive and planned preventative maintenance on a range of highly automated machinery. Keeping machinery running is the name of the game This role will suit an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer who enjoys working as part of a multi-skilled team within a stimulating, technically challenging environment Role Description. * Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production / process machinery. * Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair activities. * Working on invertors, PLC’s, motors, PSU’s. * Reading electrical schematics / drawings. * Overhauling machinery and installing new equipment when required. * Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted. * Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.
