End User Support Analyst needed on a permanent basis in Liverpool.
Gravitas is currently supporting a leading financial services organisation who sit within the pensions sector. You will be a well-established and experienced End User Support Analyst with the ability to successfully triage tickers, update user accounts, and create mailboxes within Microsoft Exchange. This is a key role for creating the IT estate for greenfield architecture.
You will be working as part of the retirement solutions IT team and be the first point of contact for staff within the 1st and 2nd line area. Alongside the above you will be part of service improvement activities, assessing what would be done differently to impact the wider business.
Role: End User Support Analyst
Location: Central Liverpool
Salary: Up to - £40,000
Type: Permanent.
The essential skills needed for this position:
- Previous experience of working on a service desk – providing IT support.
- Knowledge of SCCM and end point management solutions - software deployment and build of a laptop.
- Experience of provisioning and imaging end points.
- Exchange experience – either on-prem or O365
- Extensive exposure to working with ITSM tools – e.g. Jira or ServiceNow
- Previous experience working within an ITIL environment.
- Asset management tool experience - managing software.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Cloud technology experience – Azure and Office 365
- Knowledge of VDI.
- Scripting or programming experience – PowerShell is preferred.
- Break fixes - ability to take apart a laptop.
