On Behalf of our client we are looking for Mortgage Litigation Collections Specialist
Position Start Date: August 5, 2024 (No Flexibility)Initial Training Period: 12 Weeks (Mandatory Availability)
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Litigation Collections processes.
- Direct experience handling Litigation cases.
- At least 2 years in an FCA-regulated role, preferably involving secured arrears.
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensively understand customer situations to provide suitable resolutions.
- Manage high volumes of calls and transactions.
- Address and resolve complex customer communications and queries regarding payment issues and arrears.
- Prioritise and manage workloads to meet service standards within Arrears, Litigation, and Forbearance areas.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while using sound judgement to resolve issues.
- Handle queries or referrals from inside and outside the team.
- Investigate and respond to internal and external requests accurately and efficiently.
- Consider risks when performing daily tasks.
- Identify and suggest process improvements and efficiencies.
- Perform any reasonable tasks or duties as requested.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM,
- 1 hour lunch break.
