Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Operator to join our team in Lisburn on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various laser cutting machines, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the following machines: Amada 3KW RI laser with sheet automation Amada 6KW laser with sheet automation Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Requirements: Previous experience operating laser cutting machines, preferably with Amada equipment. Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Forklift truck license is highly desirable.
