Business Travel Consultant - 4 Mornings (5am-9am) and 1 Weekend day (7am-7pm) - Fully Remote. Established Global Business Travel Company. Candidates must have some experience working in Business Travel using Amadeus (they may consider another GDS) Pro rata Salary (Full time equivalent £33.5k, so this role pays £24K. This role will be working on a rota that covers 3 week day shifts from 5am - 9am and 1 weekend day 7am - 7pm which is approx. 27 hrs per week Holiday Allowance is 30 days (6 weekends and 24 weekdays)Business Travel Consultants duties:-Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings -Offer first class customer service at all times.-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Amadeus-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.Business Travel Consultants skills required-Business Travel experience is essential ideally with Out of hours experience -Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they may cross train-Able to work 4 week day shifts 5.00am - 9am or and 1 weekend 12 hr shift 7am - 7pmIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to or call
