How you'll make a difference As a People Core Programme Manager, you'll work with the PLT and Core Programme team to identify and plan priority activity to effectively deliver the People (change) activity related to the Core programme. You will work with and influence stakeholders to achieve cost effective outcomes whilst setting standards, coaching others and embedding effective governance routines. You will: Identify and lead the processes for efficiently managing all Core programme activity within the People team. Design relevant colleague solutions in conjunction with the People Partners and functional SMEs to meet Core programme needs Embed a routine of clear programme updates to inform prioritisation of actions and assessment of outcomes.
