Health and Safety OfficerLocation: Eurocentral, ML1 4UFSalary: £40,000 per annum + Excellent BenefitsContract: Full time, PermanentWe have an opportunity for a Health and Safety Officer to join our Health and Safety team based in Eurocentral.The primary function of this role is to be the internal contact for all health and safety related matters.Supporting the Health and Safety Manager to develop and deliver a proactive health and safety service and providing competent technical and legal advice to all staff in a multi-site organisation and will be responsible for developing and maintaining safety management systems.Providing advice, guidance, assistance and support to all areas of the organisation in the delivery of:Health and Safety PolicyHealth and Safety procedures and Safe systems of workCompliance with health and safety legislationConducting Audits, Investigations and Premises visitsRisk AssessmentTrainingThe successful candidate will be an experienced Health and Safety Officer or equivalent with experience in a range of activities including audit, investigation and able to contribute to strategy and policy development.
