About the RoleWe are conducting a search on behalf of our client for an experienced Audit Manager to join a leading accountancy and business advisory firm. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of audit clients, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries.Plan, execute, and complete audits in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.Provide practical guidance on regulatory matters and ensure adherence to governance standards.Deliver revenue and profitability targets while fostering strong client relationships.Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.Assist partners with ad hoc audit-related duties as required. What We’re Looking For ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.Proven experience auditing clients across diverse sectors.Ability to lead, inspire, and develop junior team members.
