Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Pricing Analyst on a rolling 12-month contract, to join a multinational, automotive manufacturer based in Goodwood.Location: GoodwoodPay rate: £23.43phStandard working hours: 40 hours per week (hybrid working after 3 months training period)The role of the Pricing Analyst is to support the Pricing Team, based in the Parts Pricing division, where you will be responsible for ensuring all new parts have valid prices set up and preparing cyclic reports to ensure the business is on track with targets. Duties & Responsibilities:Working with all aspects of pricing management and pricing structureDealing with currency fluctuations, transport fees, customer demands and current market situations etc.You will be point of contact for the dealer network, area managers and internal and external partners.Setting retail and dealer prices in line with new model launches and maintaining target margins across the project.Uniting of prices between marketsProfit margin reviewsSetting up costs for internal partsCreation of 15 external and 2 internal price files on quarterly basisLiaising with other teams within the businessData analysis and reports preparationGeneral analytical supportCandidate Specification:You must have either a degree or relevant working experience within economics, finance, or an accounting field.Good working knowledge in both aftersales and a spare parts businessPricing experience within a global, multi-currency functionExperience using SAP.Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise with strong self-management skills.Working knowledge of MS Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong analytical and mathematical skillsFluent in English is a must.Ability to communicate to different cultures with sensitivity and respect.Excellent attention to detail INDLS
